Job Duties:
  • Analyze and evaluate clients existing business requirements, including their functional specifications, and the security controls used to protect company data for developing business software applications, and design computer systems
  • Develop, create, and modify software applications basing on the user business requirements to optimize operational efficiency
  • Gather and review end users' requirements to meet clients' needs and to handle quality assurance to make sure that clients' project and information technology needs are met
  • Perform coding, debugging and testing programs, using Node JS, React JS, React Native, MS SQL, JWT, Restful APls, portal to clearly articulate business situations that require technical solutions to implement, execute system configuration, data migration, rollouts, up-gradation projects, including intranet and extranet portal implementation
  • Develop new information systems, and design User-friendly data input screens, using Bootstrap, React, Typescript and Oracle to provide system capabilities required for projected workloads
  • Create solution workshops, review and validate solution proposals and investigate test concerns to improve performance of FileNet systems, and write stored procedures
  • Design/modify databases, perform performance tuning, optimization and testing of databases to check application performance
  • Define data flow views and mini specs for user interaction, and develop program specifications to predict and measure the outcome of the design, and provide recommendation for improvement
  • Perform unit testing of the transactions, and implement scale down prototype initiation
  • Provide Loyalty programs, ERP, Portal applications support services
  • Use operating systems, tools, and languages such as, but not limited to, React, React JS, Express JS, JWT, Restful APIs, Node JS, AD, Oracle, portal sol, SQL server, AWS environment, among others
  • Provide user training for the developed systems
Required Skills:
  • Hands on experience designing and developing large-scale portal and Java applications
  • Expert grounding in modern software engineering practices and design patterns
  • Familiarity with RESTful web services
  • Highly experienced in the design and implementation of modern web applications
  • Solid understanding of the technical fundamentals of the Internet
  • Possess the desire to learn and curiosity to understand how and why things work
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Degree level qualification in Computer Science/Engineering or related subject

  • Execute QA automation scripts to test software applications

Required Skills:
  • 4+ years of experience in development of scripts for Software QA automation
  • Familiarity with testing of web applications
  • Highly experienced in the design and development of test plans/ test scripts to provide software quality assurance
  • Solid understanding of testing methodologies
  • Communications with clients during post deployment application support
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Degree level qualification in Computer Science/Engineering or related subject
  • Leverage prospecting tools and outbound calling techniques
  • Engage and build relationships with prospects and Target Accounts by promoting Icon products/Services to build sales pipeline
  • Produce qualified leads for Sales and schedule highly qualified meetings for Major Account Representatives
  • Manage inbound leads and properly disposition them
  • Work collaboratively with sales, marketing and Icon management team.
  • Meet and exceed high value activity metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis
Required Skills:
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of and discuss ForgeRock products and company overview
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Portuguese and Spanish languages a plus
  • Confident in engaging in conversations with new prospects over the phone and managing objections
  • Well-developed interpersonal and decision making skills
  • Must be self-driven and organized
  • Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office, Applications, etc.
  • Previous business experience a plus
